If one of our kitties has caught your eye, the first step in the adoption process is the online application, which is located on each cat’s profile page. It’s quick and easy.

All adopted cats will be spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and vaccinated appropriately.

  • Our cat/kitten adoption fees are $125.00

What you get when you adopt a cat from ACT

 Spayed/Neutered

All ACT cats are spayed and neutered before adoption to combat overpopulation in the Central Valley. This practice also helps prevent reproductive diseases and undesirable behaviors.

Microchip

ACT cats are microchipped before going to their new homes. These microchips allow the cat or kitten to be quickly and easily traced back to its owner. Most vets and shelters have microchip scanners, and animals are scanned on intake.

Vaccines

All cats get the FVRCP vaccine to guard against common diseases. Kittens need it every 3 weeks until they are four months old. If they are older than four months when adopted, they will receive a rabies vaccine.

 Parasite Preventative

All ACT animals receive a general dewormer and flea preventative.
